Ang mga Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1918 100V Half-Bridge GaN MOSFET Driver ay dinisenyo para mag-drive ng mga enhancement mode Gallium Nitride (GaN) FET o mga N-channel MOSFET. Ang Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1918 ay nagtatampok ng mga independent na high-side (HS) at low-side (LS) PWM input at gumagamit ng bootstrap technique para sa HS driver voltage. Gumagana ang device sa hanggang 100V at may charging technology na pumipigil sa HS driver voltage na lumampas sa VCC, kaya napoprotektahan ang gate mula sa paglampas sa maximum na gate-to-source voltage rating ng mga GaN FET.
