Mga TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower Voltage Supervisor

Ang mga TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower High-Input Voltage Supervisor ng Texas Instruments ay may iba't ibang V_kung kaya namomonitor ang 9V na mga rail o baterya nang walang mga external component at 24V na mga rail na may mga external resistor. Pinahahaba ng Nano-I_q ang buhay ng baterya para sa mga low power application at binabawasan ang pagkonsumo ng current kapag gumagamit ng mga external resistor. Ang fast start-up delay ay nagpapahintulot sa pagtuklas ng isang pagkukulang sa boltahe bago ang kabuuan ng sistema ay nag-power up upang magdulot ng higit na kaligtasan sa mga mapanganib na kondisyong start-up fault. Hinahadlangan ng Low Power-on-Reset (V_POR) ang mga false reset, premature enable o turn-on ng kasunod na device, at tamang transistor control sa panahon ng power-up at power-down.
