Relay Solutions

TE Connectivity's (TE) broad range of relays and contactors serve a variety of applications. The TE product line includes leading brands such as AGASTAT, AXICOM, CII, KILOVAC, OEG, P&B, PRODUCTS UNLIMITED, and SCHRACK. Switching capabilities range from dry circuit to 1600A, up to 70kV, and as high as 6GHz. Electromechanical, solid-state, and hybrid types range from SMT PC board-mount devices to large panel-mount units. TE's line of relays features expansive sets of options for enclosures, terminations, inputs, contact arrangements, and ratings. High-performance types are specifically designed to operate in rigorous environments (shock, vibration, temperature, altitude) such as those encountered in military and aerospace applications.

KHR500 (BUBBA II) 600A Contactors

TE Connectivity's KILOVAC KHR500 (BUBBA II) 600A Contactors are capable of handling inrush currents as high as 4000A and are hermetically sealed for use in hazardous or explosive environments. TE's KHR500 is configured as a single-pole, single-throw device and can handle voltages from 28VDC to 1000VDC and continuous 600A currents. Because it is not polarity sensitive, the contactor allows bidirectional load switching. An integrated coil economizer reduces the power required to hold the contacts closed to 320mA at 24VDC. A single-pole, double-throw auxiliary switch supports 3A @ 125VRMS or 1A @ 30VDC, and low-level signals down to 5V/10mA.
