Mga PS2P-ARC Position Sensor

Pinipigilan ng mga Amphenol Piher PS2P-ARC Position Sensor ang radial at axial play sa mga pivot joint kung saan nauuwi sa pangit na performance ng operasyon at matrabahong maintenance ang misalignment. Nakakabit ang electronics module ng PS2P-ARC sa chassis at nakakabit naman ang magnet sa umiikot na mga bahagi ng pivot joint (o vice versa). Dahil hindi nangangailangan ng mga gear o linkage, madaling i-mount ang mga PS2P-ARC sensor. Sinusukat ng PS2P-ARC ang mga pagbabago sa posisyon may kaugnayan sa sensor sa pamamagitan ng pag-detect sa galaw ng sinusoidal magnetized arc magnet na matatagpuan sa isang hiwalay na housing. Ang arc magnet na ito ay sensitibo lang sa flux density co-planar na may IC surface. Ang mga PS2P-ARC sensor ay naghahatid ng parehong precision at stability sa buong buhay nila, sa kabila ng matitinding vibration, shock, temperatura, at kontaminasyon. Dahil mga absolute sensor, hindi mawawala ang value ng mga Amphenol Piher PS2P-ARC Position Sensor kahit pagkatapos ng power failure.
