TLI4971 XENSIV™ Magnetic Current Sensor

Ang mga Infineon Technologies TLI4971 XENSIV™ Magnetic Current Sensor ay high-precision current sensor para sa mga bi-directional AC at DC measurement. Ang mga device ay may analog interface at dalawang mabilis na overcurrent detection output. Sinusuportahan ng mga ito ang proteksyon ng power circuitry. May galvanic isolation dahil sa magnetic sensing principle. Dahil sa monolithic Hall technology ng Infineon, tama at napaka-linear ng measurement ng mga current na may full scale na hanggang 120A. Ang mga negatibong epekto na gaya ng saturation at hysteresis na karaniwan mula sa mga core-based sensor technique ay wala sa mga Infineon open loop, core-less sensor principle. Dahil sa smart current rail design (double U-shape) kasama ng differential signal sensing, matatag ang current sensor laban sa mga stray field.
