onsemi Hyperlux AR0341AT 2.1µm 3MP CMOS Image Sensor offers a 1/3.6" optical format and 1920 x 1536 pixel array at up to 60 frames per second (fps). This module comes equipped with the 2nd generation super-exposure pixel technology, achieving 150dB high dynamic range (HDR) with LED flicker mitigation (LFM). This technology enables the sensor to capture high-quality images under extreme lighting conditions without sacrificing lowlight sensitivity. The LFM feature also ensures that pulsed light sources do not appear to flicker, preventing flicker-induced machine vision issues. onsemi Hyperlux AR0341AT 2.1µm 3MP CMOS Image Sensor was designed following ASIL-C processes, and the sophisticated real-time safety mechanisms and fault detection features exceed ASIL-B hardware metrics. The AR0341AT module caters to sensing and viewing camera applications, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
