Mga X-GaN Power Solution

Ang Panasonic 600V Gallium Nitride (X-GaN) ay napakatigas na mechanically stable at malawak na bandgap semiconductor material na may mataas na kapasidad sa init at thermal conductivity. Sa purong anyo nito, tinatanggihan nito ang pag-crack at maaaring ideposito sa manipis na film sa Sapphire (AL2O3) o Silicon Carbide (SiC), kahit na hindi tugma ang kanilang mga lattice constant. Ang X-GaN ay maaaring ma-dope ng Silicon (Si) o ng Oxygen at maging n-type at sa Magnesium (Mg) pa p-type; subalit, binabago ng Si at ng Mg atom ang paraan ng paglaki ng mga X-GaN crystal, nagkakaroon ito ng mga tensile stress at ginagawa itong makunat.

PGA26E19BA X-GaN Chopper Evaluation Board

Panasonic PGA26E19BA6 X-GaN Chopper Evaluation Board is designed using an X-GaN driver that measures the high-speed switching characteristics of X-GaN power transistors during turn-on and turn-off. This evaluation board operates with 400V input voltage, 12V supply voltage, and 5V external clock voltage. The PGA26E19BA  evaluation board comes with an on-resistance value of 190mΩ. Panasonic PGA26E19BA6 X-GaN Chopper Evaluation Board is ideal for X-GaN power FET characterization and flyback topology.
