The module integrates the processor, up to 2x 600MHz, 128MB SDRAM, 8MB Flash, 2x 100-pin expansion connectors, and a power supply with a 44mm x 33mm for factor. The eCM-BF561 is designed for industrial and commercial applications. It addresses 128MB SDRAM via its 32-bit wide SDRAM bus and has an onboard NOR-Flash of 32MB.
