FMC-HPC Mezzanine Card

Zipcores FMC-HPC Mezzanine Card provides a versatile FMC breakout board and prototyping platform that conforms to the ANSI/VITA 57.1 FMC™ mezzanine standard. Zipcores FMC-HPC supports a wide range of baseboards and FMC-compliant systems, including evaluation boards from AMD (Xilinx), Altera (Intel), Microchip (Microsemi), Avnet, and Digilent. The card routes all 400 signals from the FMC (HPC) connector through 10 standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch headers, ensuring passive connectivity. The card balances differential pairs for track length and matches impedance for 100Ω LVDS termination. Additionally, the mezzanine card ties the FMC ground pins to an independent ground plane to maximize signal integrity and minimize noise interference.
