MEMS Evaluation Units

Murata Electronics MEMS Evaluation Units demonstrate the functionality and key properties of Murata MEMS sensors. These evaluation units enable performance testing of Murata MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, and inclinometers. The Murata digital accelerometer and gyroscope sensors are connected to the evaluation board with a chip-carrier PCB or by using an external interface board. A highly accurate A/D converter is included.

SCL3300 Position Sensor Board Development Tool

Murata SCL3300 Position Sensor Board Development Tool is a chip carrier PCB that enables fast prototyping for digital accelerometers/inclinometers. The SCL3300 includes an SCx3300 sensor soldered onto the PCB and uses PCB design #01059 with pin headers and passive components included. The sensor board needs to be connected to the MEMS Interface Board for evaluation.
