SCHA63T XYZ-Axis Gyroscope/Accelerometer

Murata SCHA63T XYZ-Axis Gyroscope/Accelerometer is a 6DoF (Degrees of Freedom) packaged component suitable for SMD mounting that combines a high-performance 3-axis angular rate and a 3-axis accelerometer. The component can enable centimeter-level accuracy in machine dynamics and position sensing in harsh environments and can assist in ensuring safe, robust, verified designs. It consists of X-, Y-, and Z-axis angular rate sensors and an integrated 3-axis accelerometer based on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is done with two mixed-signal ASICs that provide angular rates via a flexible SPI digital interface. The sensor elements and ASIC are packaged into a pre-molded SOIC-32 plastic housing that guarantees reliable operation. The SCHA63T also features stable output over temperature, humidity, and vibration. Murata SCHA63T XYZ-Axis Gyroscope/Accelerometer is designed, manufactured, and tested for high stability, reliability, and quality requirements. It is designed for industrial applications.
