EX12 LTE Cellular Extenders

DIGI EX12 LTE Cellular Extenders provide primary and failover solutions that deliver cellular access and RS-232 for existing infrastructure and Out-Of-Band (OOB) management. This extender includes an embedded LTE Cat 4 cellular modem with dual SIM slots to protect against downtime by automatically switching to a secondary cellular carrier. This is done if the primary connection loses connectivity. The EX12 extender can be coupled with a wireline internet connection to provide dual-WAN connectivity and wired-to-wireless backup. This approach maximizes uptime and ensures business connectivity and continuity for systems demanding high network availability, such as point-of-sale, mobile kiosks, and digital signs.
