EVA Compact Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs)

Murata EVA Compact Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature an extended creepage distance, supporting over 10mm for both creepage distance and clearance distance. The EVA series is ideal for the electric vehicle (EV) market and applications, such as onboard chargers (OBCs), inverters and DC/DC converters, battery management systems (BMS), and wireless power transfer (WPT) implementations. These safety-certified Y2 class MLCCs have been developed in accordance with IEC60384-14 requirements, making them highly effective at suppressing common mode noise in next-generation EVs. The modules offer 305VAC/1500VDC voltage ratings, 2000VAC/60s and 4000VDC/60s withstand voltage, and 100pF to 4700pF capacitance range.
