UltraCMOS® RF Digital Step Attenuators

pSemi UltraCMOS® RF Digital Step Attenuators (DSAs) offer flexibility and performance for wireless and broadband infrastructure equipment, LMRs, test-and-measurement equipment, and military RF applications. The UltraCMOS RF DSAs are offered in 50Ω and 75Ω variants, with multiple programming mode options, including serial, direct parallel, and latched parallel, making it easy to design them into a wide range of systems. These devices offer best-in-class linearity, outstanding attenuation accuracy, and low insertion loss.

RF DSA Evaluation Kits

pSemi RF DSA Evaluation Kits provide a demonstration and development platform for the UltraCMOS® RF Digital Step Attenuators (DSAs). These evaluation kits each include an Evaluation Board for its target DSA IC, a USB Interface Board, and a standard USB A to Mini B Cable. This pSemi evaluation board connects to the USB port of a PC via the USB Interface Board. A Graphic User Interface can then be used to control and evaluate the functionality of the DSA IC. The evaluation board can also be operated manually.
