OTS PowerWize Cable Assemblies

Molex Off-the-Shelf (OTS) PowerWize Cable Assemblies offer complete design flexibility and features that facilitate prototyping and global preproduction. These cables are mechanically keyed and color-coded, with uniquely positioned ribs on header housings and matching receptacle slots (based on connector color). This design ensures only like-colored connectors mate and helps prevent mismating, especially when multiple wire-to-bard or wire-to-busbar interconnects are used in the same application. Molex OTS PowerWize Cable Assemblies use positive locking with active latches on the receptacles and barbed geometry on the headers. These features help keep the assemblies from backing off the headers due to shock, vibration, or mishandling. Typical applications include data centers, industrial, test and measurement, and telecom/datacom.
