SMLD12x LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SMLD12x LEDs are available in colors ranging from red, blue, green, blue-green, and white. ROHM SMLD12x LEDs feature a long-life mini-mold chip LED with a 100% residual luminous rate even after 1000 hours. Epoxy resins with high mold hardness are commonly adopted for compact molded type LEDs. For LEDs with a short wavelength (λD<527nm), such as white, the resin may turn yellow due to the energy of the light. The SMLD12x LEDs utilize a material for the sealing resin that maintains 100% luminosity during operational testing (25ºC, 20mA I_F, 1000 hours).
