B1x0Q SMT Schottky Barrier Rectifier

Diodes Incorporated B1x0Q 1.0A Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, "Green" devices (halogen and antimony free) that feature a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a surge overload rating to 30A peak. The B1x0Q Series Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are low power loss, high-efficiency devices for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters. Diodes Incorporated B1x0Q Rectifiers are perfect for use as polarity protection diodes, re-circulating diodes, switching diodes, blocking diodes, or freewheel diodes.
