DRV5021/DRV5021-Q1 Unipolar Switches

Texas Instruments DRV5021/DRV5021-Q1 2.5V to 5.5V Hall Effect Unipolar Switches operate from a 2.5V to 5.5V power supply and are ideal for high-speed applications. The DRV5021/DRV5021-Q1 senses magnetic flux density and gives a digital output based on predefined magnetic thresholds. The DRV5021/DRV5021-Q1 senses magnetic fields perpendicular to the face of the package.
