ADAR2004 RF Receiver

Analog Devices Inc. ADAR2004 RF Receiver is a 4-channel receiver optimized for millimeter wave body scanning applications. This RF receiver provides a low Intermediate Frequency (IF) output up to 800MHz. The ADAR2004 RF receiver requires only a single 2.5V supply and consumes 910mW of power with all channels turned on. This RF receiver comes with two programmable state machines to facilitate simple configuration, control, and fast switching of the frequency multiplier, filter, and receiver sections. The ADAR2004 consists of a quad LNA, a mixer, an IF Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA), four LO frequency multipliers with integrated switchable harmonic filters, and a 1:4 signal splitter.
