IXYS MCMA140P1600TA-NI Thyristor Modules feature planar passivated chips and direct copper-bonded AI2O3-ceramic for line frequency applications. The modules offer advanced power cycling, soldering pins for PCB mounting, and long-term stability. The IXYS MCMA140P1600TA-NI Thyristor Modules operate with a 1600VRSM/DSM max repetitive reverse/forward blocking voltage, 140A average forward current, and a 520W total power dissipation rating. The thyristor modules are RoHS compliant and ideal for line rectifying at 50Hz/60Hz, softstart AC motor control, DC motor control, power converters, and control applications for AC, lighting, and temperature fields.
