CTS 1.2 SensoMate™ Automotive Connectors

Aptiv CTS 1.2 SensoMate™ Automotive Connectors provide cable-sealed interconnects for vehicle applications that use VDA/USCAR 1.2mm interfaces. The connector family supports 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-way configurations, with female housings across the family and male housings for 2-way to 4-way configurations. These connectors are designed for chassis, engine compartment, on-engine-mount, severe gearbox, and sensor/actuator applications. CTS 1.2 connectors from Aptiv combine industry-standard 1.2 terminal cavity capability with a 4.0mm centerline pitch. Short-shroud versions help reduce packaging space, while long-shroud versions support easier device mating. These connectors include an Independent Secondary Lock (ISL) TPA type, Connector Position Assurance (CPA) support, and available short-shroud versions with a Smart Locking System CPA for improved assembly efficiency.
