Infineon Technologies EVAL-2EDL05I06PF Evaluation Board is used for the 2EDL05I06PF 600V Half-Bridge Gate Driver ICs. The board shows the functionalities and key features of the optimized 600V half-bridge gate driver IC. It features LS-SOI technology to control power devices like MOS transistors or IGBTs.
