Littelfuse AQ24ETH-02HTG Bidirectional TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ24ETH-02HTG Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode is designed to comply with OPEN Alliance 100/1000 BASE-T1 Ethernet and other high-speed data network applications. This TVS diode is fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology to safeguard sensitive automotive electronics against electrostatic discharge (ESD). The device safely absorbs repetitive 1000 times ESD strikes (OPEN Alliance specification) with ±30kV contact discharge and without any performance degradation. Littelfuse AQ24ETH-02HTG Bidirectional TVS Diode offers a low leakage current of 0.1μA maximum at 24V, a high trigger voltage of 100V minimum at Vt1, and 1.6pF diode capacitance in a robust SOT23-3L package. The module is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and RoHS compliant.
