Littelfuse SLD6S Automotive TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SLD6S Automotive TVS Diodes offer a 14V to 57V working voltage range, 50µA maximum reverse leakage rating, and a 5mA test current. SLD6S diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and feature low incremental surge resistance, excellent clamping capability, and a low-profile package. These diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics against ESD, EFT, 10/1000 surge events, and inductive load switching voltage transient events. Littelfuse SLD6S Automotive TVS Diodes are ideal for severe automotive load dump applications.
