Littelfuse TrenchT4™ N-Channel Power MOSFET
Littelfuse TrenchT4™ N-Channel Power MOSFET is an enhancement mode, avalanche-rated MOSFET with high current handling capability and a low 1mΩ drain-source on resistance. This high-power density MOSFET comes in a standard TO-263 (7-lead) package. With a +175°C maximum operating temperature range, the TrenchT4 MOSFET is for use in DC-DC converters, off-line UPS, primary-side switches, and high-current switching applications.
