Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP5475 Power Management ICs (PMICs)
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP5475 Power Management Integrated Circuits are complete PMICs that integrate four high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters and a flexible logic interface. These PMICs feature adaptive Constant-On-Time (COT) control for ultra-fast transient response, 500kHz to 2MHz switching frequency, and pre-biased start-up. The MP5475 PMICs support Multiple-Time Programmable (MTP) memory function, selectable Pulse-Frequency Modulation (PFM)/Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) mode, and current limit via the I2C.The protection features include Under-Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO), Over-Current Protection (OCP), Under-Voltage Protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. These PMICs are available in a space-saving QFN-35 (5mm x 5mm) package. Typical applications include storage and networking enterprise Solid-State Drives (SSDs) general enterprise.
