ams OSRAM Infrared (IR) Emitters are designed for a wide range of infrared applications. These emitters are available in several package types, and in wavelengths from 850nm to 940nm. The high-power emitters for illumination are also available, and they are suitable for use with CCD/CMOS cameras. The ams OSRAM IR emitters are ideal for illumination, transportation, mobility, visualization, and sensing applications.
