Analog Devices Inc. AD5710R 8-channel 16-bit Configurable IDAC/VDAC

Analog Devices Inc. AD5710R 8-channel 16-bit Configurable IDAC/VDAC can be configured independently as either a current-output IDAC or a voltage-output VDAC. This converter features 50mA output current drive for IDAC and VDAC modes, 70mV maximum headroom for VDAC mode, and 0.25V maximum headroom for IDAC mode. The AD5710R converter provides diagnostic monitoring for output voltage, output current, and die temperature. This converter includes an integrated 2.5V, 3ppm/°C reference and a device addressable SPI interface. The AD5710R converter is available in a 25-ball wafer-level chip-scale packaging (WLCSP) and is specified over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. This converter is ideal for optical networking, instrumentation, data acquisition, automatic test equipment, process control, and industrial automation.
