Analog Devices Inc. ADRV9006 Dual Narrow-Band/Wideband RF Transceivers are high-performance transceivers designed for narrowband and wideband applications across a 30MHz to 6GHz frequency range. These transceivers, packaged in a 196-ball CSP_BGA, are tailored for mission-critical systems such as military communications, satellite links, and secure radio networks. The Analog Devices ADRV9006 offers advanced signal processing features including digital predistortion (DPD), crest factor reduction (CFR), and fast frequency hopping.
Unlike the ADRV9005, the ADRV9006 are receive-only devices, making the transceivers ideal for applications that require high-performance signal reception without the need for integrated transmit functionality. The devices support the JESD204B high-speed serial interface and include integrated LO generation, simplifying system design while maintaining excellent dynamic range, low noise, and high linearity.
