Analog Devices Inc. LT8614 Step-Down Regulators

Analog Devices LT8614 Step-Down Regulators feature Silent Switcher architecture to minimize EMI/EMC emissions. The regulators deliver high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz. The devices are housed in a 3x4mm QFN and feature a monolithic construction with integrated power switches. All necessary circuitry is included and yields a solution with a minimal PCB footprint.
