Bourns SM91243L Reinforced Gate Driver Transformer

Bourns SM91243L Reinforced Gate Driver Transformer is manufactured with a fully automated Design for Manufacturability (DFM) overmolding process, delivering a compact size with reinforced insulation. This cost-effective power transformer offers low leakage inductance (Lk), low interwinding capacitance (Ciw), a working voltage of up to 1000V, and a hipot isolation voltage of up to 5000VAC with a -40°C to +125°C extended operating temperature range. The SM91243L features a 10mm minimum creepage and clearance distance with reinforced insulation and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Bourns SM91243L Reinforced Gate Driver Transformer is designed for use with Allegro MicroSystems AHV85000 and AHV85040 GaN FET isolated gate driver chipsets. Typical applications include AC-DC and DC-DC converters, clean energy, industrial, and personal mobility.
