Flyover Cable Technology
The Samtec Flyover design enables flexibility, which allows users to create high-speed, application-specific solutions. Users can configure the Flyover cable construction from panel, mid-board, and backplane assemblies to various "End 2" options.
Eye Speed Twinax Cables
Samtec's Eye Speed Twinax cables are utilized in Flyover cable assemblies. The Eye Speed cables are co-extruded, which eliminates performance limitations and inconsistencies of individually extruded cables. The ultra-low skew Twinax cables improve signal integrity, bandwidth, and reach for high-performance system architectures. The Thinax Twinax cables feature a 40% smaller cross-sectional area, allowing for a smaller pitch within a row.
