Cornell Dubilier / Knowles MCM/MIN Series PTFE & Mica Capacitors
Cornell Dubilier MCM/MIN Series PTFE and Mica Capacitors are ideal for high power applications that require low inductance at high frequencies. These devices can operate at temperatures up to +200°C and voltages to 1000VDC. The capacitors offer easy mounting with surface-mount, through-hole, and mechanical assembly options available. Other features include wave solderability, no cracking or delaminating, highly thermal conductive packages, very low ESL, and non-magnetic options for minimal RF loss. The MCM series offers 1pF to 1500pF capacitance and 300VDC to 1000VDC voltage rating. The MIN series offers 1pF to 350pF capacitance and a 300VDC voltage rating. The capacitors are available in kits that contain 5 of each part.
