Dialight 599 MicroLED® Single-Color 0603 Domed Lens LEDs
Dialight 599 MicroLED® Single-Color 0603 Domed Lens LEDs are available in red, red-orange, yellow, yellow-green, green, and blue options. The red, red-orange, yellow, and yellow-green LEDs use AlInGaP die material, while the green and blue LEDs use InGaN die material. These LEDs offer a 55° viewing angle for red, red-orange, yellow, and yellow-green variants, and a 35° viewing angle for green and blue options. The 599 domed lens LEDs feature Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 2a and are compatible with automatic placement equipment. These LEDs are available in 1.60mm x 0.80mm x 0.95mm dimensions, RoHS-compliant, and operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
