Diodes Incorporated AP7351D LDO Regulators

Diodes Incorporated AP7351D Low Drop-Out (LDO) Regulators provide ±1% high output voltage accuracy with 150mA guaranteed output current. These Diodes Incorporated regulators include a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit, and an enable input to turn the device ON/OFF. The AP7351D regulators offer 60dB @1KHz ripple rejection and 0.5µA low quiescent current. These LDO regulators are ideal for use in low-power handheld, IoT sensor modules, cameras, wearable devices, and other battery-operated devices requiring an extended time. The AP7351D regulators come in industrial standard X2-DFN1010-4 (Type B) and SOT25 packages.
