Diodes Incorporated Automotive Compliant D-Flat Rectifiers offer high-thermal performance capability in a low-profile package. This high-performance flat lead package is designed with a wide creepage distance, which enables high-voltage rectification capability and enhances isolation between terminals to protect against tracking. With a maximum height of 1.10mm, the D-FLAT package is 54% thinner than the conventional SMA package. The D-FLAT series from Diodes Incorporated is available in various combinations of voltage, current, and speed.
