Diodes Incorporated AH276 Hall-Effect Sensor

Diodes Incorporated AH276 Hall-Effect Sensor is an integrated sensor with an output driver. This device includes an amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, a temperature compensation circuit, and two open-collector drivers. The AH276 also features a band-gap regulator providing bias voltage for internal circuits. This hall-effect sensor is low profile, available in TO-94 (SIP-4L) package.
