Diodes Inc. DLLFSD01 Fast Switching Diodes provide an ultra-low leakage current (IR~5nA), super-fast reverse recovery time (trr≤4ns), and extremely low total capacitance (CT~0.5pF) in an ultra-small leadless surface mount package (0.6 x 0.3mm). The design improves system power consumption and reduces the switching loss of the application circuit.

Target markets include LCD displays, portable electronics, mobile communication, consumer products, notebook computers, desktop computers, and computer peripherals.
