Diodes Incorporated PI6CB332020A Low-Power Fanout Clock Buffers

Diodes Incorporated PI6CB332020A Low-Power Fanout Clock Buffers are PCIe® 5.0/6.0 clock buffers featuring 20 low-power HCSL outputs with on-chip termination. These clock buffers feature 85Ω output impedance, individual output enable, flexible startup power sequencing, and up to 9 selectable SMBus addresses. The PI6CB332020A clock buffers provide an individual OE pin for each output for seamless power management. These clock buffers support I/O power down tolerant and SBI OE# interface. The PI6CB332020A clock buffers feature a typical additive phase jitter of 5fs (PCIe 5.0) and 3fs (PCIe 6.0). These clock buffers are available in a 6mm x 6mm 80-QFN package.
