Infineon Technologies 6EDL04x065xR and 6EDL04N03PR Family include full-bridge drivers designed to control power devices like MOSFETs or IGBTs in 3-phase systems with a maximum blocking voltage of +650V. The Infineon Technologies 6EDL04x065xR and 6EDL04N03PR are built with SOI technology, offer excellent resistance to transient voltages, and eliminate parasitic thyristor structures, ensuring no parasitic latch-up across all temperatures and voltage conditions. The six independent drivers are controlled on the low side with CMOS or LSTTL-compatible signals, supporting logic levels as low as 3.3V. The device features an under-voltage detection unit with hysteresis and an adjustable overcurrent detection. The overcurrent threshold is set by selecting the appropriate resistor value and threshold level at the ITRIP pin.Features
