Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER 1ED301xMC12I Gate Driver ICs are opto-compatible, galvanically isolated single-channel gate drivers for IGBT, Si, or SiC MOSFET. These ICs feature exceptional common-mode transient immunity, low propagation delay with outstanding part-to-part skew and very small pulse-width distortion. The 1ED301xMC12I gate driver ICs provide up to 6.5A typical output current. These ICs are suitable for operation at high ambient temperatures and in fast switching applications. Typical applications include industrial motor drives, EV charging, energy storage systems, solar inverters, UPS systems, and Commercial Air-Conditioning (CAC).
