Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced X3 Digital Family
Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced X3 Digital Family provides I2C-configurability for DESAT, Soft-Off, UVLO, Miller clamp, two-level turn-off (TLTO), and Fault function to simplify the design of highly reliable systems. The X3 Digital family (1ED38xx) allows adjustments from the input side via the I2C interface (pin SDA and SCL).
The Infineon 1ED38xx single channel isolated drivers feature up to 9A output current and 40V maximum output supply voltage in a space-saving DSO-16 fine-pitch wide-body package with 8mm creepage. The Enhanced X3 Digital Family is certified according to UL 1577 as VIso = 5.7kVRMS for 1 minute and VDE 0884-11 (reinforced isolation) VIORM = 1767V.
