Infineon Technologies EVAL_800W_PSU_3P_P7 Evaluation Board

Infineon EVAL_800W_PSU_3P_P7 Evaluation Board is an optimized test platform for server applications. The Evaluation Board is designed around the Infineon 600V CoolMOS™ P7 4-pin device and OptiMOS™ 40V technology with an integrated Schottky-like diode. This results in demonstrating the switching performance and power density design by using digital control. The EVAL_800W_PSU_3P_P7 features >95% efficiency and an input voltage of 90 to 265VAC. The EVAL_800W_PSU_3P_P7 Evaluation Board includes 600V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFETs, CoolSiC™ Schottky diode 650V G5, OptiMOS™ 40V low voltage power MOSFET, 1EDI and 2EDN EiceDRIVER™, quasi-resonant flyback controller with integrated MOSFET CoolSET™ and XMC1400/4200 microcontrollers.
