Infineon Technologies EVAL-CY15V116QSN Evaluation Board is a low-cost memory module which integrates a 16Mbit (2MB x 8) 1.8V EXCELON™ Serial (QSPI) F-RAM, CY15V116QSN. This memory module enables quick and easy integration of the EXCELON™ F-RAM into any development kit. The Infineon Technologies EVAL-CY15V116QSN supports SPI, dual SPI, and quad SPI, and connects to any host platform (MCU/SoC).
