Infineon Industrial PROFET™ Universal Application Board easily evaluates a range of single-channel industrial protected high side switches. The board evaluates switches housed in PG-SOT-223-4 and PG-DSO-8 packages. The PROFET includes external components and three single-channel sample devices for testing.
