Infineon Technologies IR256xx 600V HVICs
Infineon IR256xx Robust General Purpose 600V High-Voltage ICs (HVICs) include dual low-side drivers, half-bridge drivers, and high- and low-side drivers that can be incorporated into a variety of consumer applications, including automotive after-market, lighting, and consumer-level appliances as well as motor control systems. IR256xx HVICs are designed using Infineon's highly robust Gen 2 process for high reliability and ruggedness.
IR256xx devices include IR25600 dual low-side driver with 1500/1500mA source/sink currents; IR25601, IR25602, and IR2506 8-pin half-bridge drivers; IR25603 self-oscillating half-bridge driver; and IR25604 and IR25607 high- and low-side drivers featuring 8 and 16 pins, respectively.
