IQD IQXO-40x Crystal Clock Oscillators
IQD IQXO-40x Crystal Clock Oscillators are miniature 2mm x 1.6mm crystal oscillators with a frequency of 32.768kHz. These clock oscillators feature a hermetically sealed ceramic package with a seam-sealed metal lid. The IQXO-402 and IQXO-404 crystal clock oscillators operate at supply voltages of 3.3V and 1.8V respectively. These crystal oscillators operate at temperature ranges of -10°C to +70°C, -40°C to +85°C, and -40°C to +125°C. The IQXO-40x crystal oscillators offer a 15pF drive capability and CMOS output compatibility.
