IXYS MDNA50P2200TG High-Voltage Rectifier Modules come in a TO-240AA package and offer improved temperature and power cycling. IXYS MDNA50P2200TG offers 2 x 2200V maximum repetitive reverse blocking voltage, 50A average forward current, and 1.09V forward voltage drop. These high-voltage rectifier modules are ideal for use as diodes for main rectification, for single- and three-phase bridge configurations, and supplies for DC power equipment.
