KEMET R76H 125°C Polypropylene Capacitors

KEMET R76H 125°C MMKP Polypropylene Capacitors feature double-sided metallized film electrodes for direct current and pulse applications. The series is AEC-Q200 automotive-grade with lead spacing up to 37.5mm. These R76H capacitors offer a 250VDC to 2000VDC voltage range and a 100pF to 15µF capacitance range. Applications include resonant circuits, high-frequency, high current, snubber, silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR and IGBT), and SiC (example: MOSFET) commutation circuits. The R76H capacitors are also ideal for applications with high voltages and high currents in combination with a high ambient temperature. The series is not suitable for across-the-line applications. KEMET R76H MMKP capacitors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
