Keysight Technologies DSOX20xA Oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies DSOX20xA Oscilloscopes with two or four analog channels come in 70MHz, 100MHz, and 200MHz bandwidth models. These oscilloscopes offer 1Mpts memory depth, interleaved 2GSa/s, or non-interleaved 1GSa/s sample rate. The oscilloscopes perform 23 automated measurements such as voltage, time, and frequency as well as five waveform functions, including add, subtract, multiply, divide, and FFT. The DSOX20xA oscilloscopes feature an 8.5" LCD display with 64 levels of intensity grading, providing 50% more viewing area with 3.5 times the resolution (WVGA 800x480). 

Keysight DSOX20xA oscilloscopes are built with MegaZoom-IV custom ASIC technology to deliver up to 50,000wfms/s speed for viewing the signal in detail and infrequent anomalies. The units are available with optional upgrades such as bandwidth, measurement applications, protocol analyzer (software), WaveGen built-in 20MHz function generator, digital voltmeter, and serial protocol triggering and decode. The DSOX20xA oscilloscopes belong to InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series.
